Emilia's Crafted Pasta is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations across our growing independent restaurant group. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who wants to grow as we expand.

You will oversee production and service, mentor staff, manage stock and financials, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while maintaining our warm, guest-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or busy restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organisational and communication abilities.

About the Company

We are a growing independent restaurant group specialising in fresh pasta, currently operating 5 sites with a 6th opening soon. Our team of around 100 people is passionate about delivering high-quality, fresh food alongside warm, genuine hospitality. Each restaurant operates with a close-knit team of 16–25 staff, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.
