Pho Balham is inviting you to join a stylish, lively Pho restaurant as an Assistant Manager. You will join our management team to drive service standards, mentor staff and support daily operations.

We offer a base salary up to £32,400 with tronc earnings taking total to £39,400 per year. You’ll be paid every two weeks and can access Wagestream for early access to pay. Training and progression opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience.
• Strong passion for food and team development.
• Experience in staff training and scheduling.
• Experience with supplier communication.
• Familiar with stock ordering systems.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years' Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both.
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you'll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food..
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers..
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering..
