Pho Balham, part of Pho Restaurants, invites you to join as an Assistant Manager. You will join the management team at Pho Balham and lead restaurant day-to-day operations, training staff, scheduling rosters, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

You’ll be part of a lively, stylish brand with strong team culture and opportunities to grow within the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience.
• Passion for food and learning about fresh Pho offerings.
• People-oriented with training and rota scheduling.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using stock/order systems such as Acquire.

We’re looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Pho Balham

Salary offer of up to£39,400is made up of a base of £32,400 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
