Job summary

Pho Bristol is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our management team. The role offers a base salary of £32,400 with earnings through tronc, up to £42,400 total compensation, and a vibrant, lively work environment.

You will lead restaurant operations, train staff, manage rotas, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth service. Enjoy great staff benefits and training as part of Pho Bristol.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong passion for food and leadership in a hospitality setting.
• Able to train, develop and schedule staff effectively.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using stock/ordering systems such as Acquire.

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
