Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for the new Fox Valley store, opening May/June 2026. This full-time role (37.5 hours) supports the store manager in driving sales, customer service, and KPI performance.

You will recruit, motivate and develop the team, maintain exceptional visual merchandising, and create a shopping experience that reflects our British brand values. Experience in retail is preferred.

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
