Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for a part-time role (30 hours per week) to help drive sales and customer experience in-store. You will support the manager, lead the team, and ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.

Purpose of the role:

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
