Toby Carvery - Rotherham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, mentor a friendly team and drive guest satisfaction in a busy dining environment.

You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure consistent service, safety and quality. This role offers strong progression within Mitchells & Butlers and a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a busy restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to train and inspire staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
