Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery - Shiremoor. You’ll use your leadership experience to support the General Manager daily, motivate your team, and deliver a memorable guest experience.

You’ll mentor colleagues, drive service standards, and guide development. This role offers progression, staff discounts across our brands, and a supportive team in a busy high street setting.
