Toby Carvery - Shiremoor is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, manage service quality, and help create memorable moments for guests in a welcoming, high-traffic pub-restaurant setting.
