Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery - Oaklands Toby Carvery. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication to train and inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver great food and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and encourage return visits.
