Job summary

Toby Carvery in Rotherham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience with smooth service.

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest and encourage repeat visits.
