Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery - Rotherham. You will support the General Manager to lead the team, ensure excellent guest experience and mentor staff to be their best. The role focuses on delivering great food, drink and service with a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Inspire and develop the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager in the General Manager’s absence.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
