Job summary

The Anglesey Arms is seeking a Pub Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead FOH and kitchen teams, manage stock, and ensure health and safety compliance. You will drive excellent guest experiences and support promotions and events.

Ideal candidates have supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, and outstanding customer service. The role includes uniform provision and opportunities for progression within a friendly team.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead and support our team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

• Pay is £13 with an increase to £13.50 upon successful completion of probation.
• Share of tips each month – averages around £150
• 30 hours guaranteed – expected to be 40 over spring/summer season with one weekend off in four.
