Job summary

The Salisbury Arms in Cambridge is seeking a supervisor to oversee the customer journey, take accurate orders, and work closely with the kitchen team. You will ensure payments are correct and confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in hospitality, a passion for food and beer, and a drive to develop themselves and their teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer.
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
