Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Toby Carvery - Hoole Village is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and enhance guest experience.

You will mentor individuals to be their best, deliver great food and service, and help create memorable visits while upholding our brand values. We offer progression, discounts across brands, pension, holidays, and additional benefits.

• Experience in management and leading a team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager in their absence.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
