Toby Carvery - Hoole Village is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor colleagues, drive service standards, and be a role model to deliver memorable moments that keep guests returning for more. This role offers opportunities for progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

• Management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to train and inspire the team to deliver great guest experiences.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
