The Tivoli Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and guide a large team, helping to create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests want to return.

You will oversee busy services, support an expanding team across departments, and work with an experienced management group to drive consistent, excellent guest experiences.

The Tivoli is one of Cambridge's most exciting hospitality destinations. Set across five unique floors, we're home to four lively bars, two street food kitchens, indoor golf, shuffleboard, private event spaces and one of the city's best roof terraces overlooking Jesus Green. No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly, close-knit management team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll help lead the day‑to‑day operation, support an amazing team and play a big part in creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

You'll spend your time leading busy services, supporting and developing a large team across different departments, and making sure every guest enjoys a brilliant experience. Whether it’s a buzzing Friday night, a private event, a sunny afternoon on the roof terrace or a packed weekend, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves the buzz of a busy venue and takes pride in building great teams. You’ll work alongside an experienced management team who genuinely support one another, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and develop your career.
