The Teller’s Arms in Farnham invites an Assistant General Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations with warmth and clarity. You’ll train and empower a passionate team, uphold exceptional standards, and partner with the General Manager to drive sales and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams and delivering smooth service.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff to high standards.
• Experience driving sales and managing health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations with confidence, clarity, and calm across pub, dining spaces, and boutique rooms.
• Own presentation, stock control, and health & safety standards.
• Work with General Manager to drive sales, promote rooftop and rooms, and enhance guest experiences.
• Train, mentor, and inspire a passionate team to create a fun, high-energy environment.
• Be a visible, welcoming presence on the floor, building relationships with locals and visitors.
