Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and help run a venue with enthusiasm and commercial awareness.

You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure superb service while growing with the group as it expands. The role suits someone ready to step up from a supervisory position and enjoy a FUN, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at.
• Solid communication and organisational skills.
• Superb customer & floor service skills.
• An entrepreneurial flare.
• Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun.
