Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Bangor is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager. You will lead a passionate team to exceed targets, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure exceptional service.

The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with a salary up to £31,600 per year, plus benefits and full training. You’ll manage operations, recruit and develop colleagues, and foster a engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with targets experience.

Hours per Week: 39 hours
