Job summary

Superdrug in Witney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, leading a team to deliver service and sales targets.

You'll recruit, motivate and develop a passionate team, manage promotions, stock control and audits, and ensure smooth store operations. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and generous staff benefits.

Location: Unit 5 Woolgate Centre, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6AP

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £32,000 Per Annum
