Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager. You’ll lead a passionate team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive store performance across promotions and merchandising.

The role includes operational excellence, audits, budgets, stock management, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Full-time, 39 hours, shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.

• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previousexperience in retail management, ideally 1+years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional).
