L’Oréal Group Luxe in Bournemouth is seeking a Luxe Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the store team and deliver a world-class consumer experience across our Luxe brands. You will role-model luxury service, coach colleagues, and ensure brand standards are upheld while providing personalised product storytelling.

You will drive sales performance, support events and activations, and build lasting relationships with VIP customers.

Qualifications

• Deliver a luxury customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and develop store team to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships with store and department managers.
• Support administration tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience with coaching and feedback.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador delivering personalised service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling across brands.
• Manage events and brand activations to drive growth and engagement.
• Exceed Sales Targets and implement growth plans for the store.
• Cultivate VIP client loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Talent acquisition and onboarding support for the store team.
• Maintain counter standards and brand hygiene across the luxury environment.
• Stock management and daily admin responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
