Qualifications

• Retail KPIs driven, with a track record of improving door sell-out and growth.
• Proven ability to coach diverse retail teams and develop future leaders.
• Understanding of luxury counter standards, clienteling, and integrating digital tools at the POS.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with store directors and partners.
• Ability to manage regional budgets and ensure retail compliance.

• Drive retail performance by setting targets and executing brand activations.
• Champion elevated service standards and omnichannel integration across points of sale.
• Directly recruit, coach, and develop store managers and Beauty Advisors.
