Travelodge St Albans City Centre is hiring an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead and motivate hotel teams on a Full Time or Part Time basis. You will develop personal growth plans, recruit and induct new staff, and ensure our brand standards are met across food, service and cleanliness.

The role offers bonus potential and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression. You’ll help drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence daily.

Formación

• Previously led a team in a service-led customer facing industry.
• Food & beverage experience would be advantageous for Bar Cafe hotels.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and drive KPI/scorecard targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Develop personal development plans with team members and manage inductions.
• Ensure food preparation/presentation to brand standard (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales by cross- and upselling (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Review customer feedback to implement targeted action plans.
• Oversee room/public area cleaning using company best practice.
• Report and supervise repairs or maintenance needed.
• Manage rotas, banking and health & safety responsibilities.
• Drive engagement for Team Members through incentives.
