Job summary

COMO Metropolitan London is seeking an Assistant Head Concierge who will lead the concierge team, ensuring enquiries and bookings are fulfilled through our reservations network.

You will develop guest recognition, take ownership of requests, and train the team to deliver exceptional service; support front-of-house operations and guest relations.

A proactive attitude, excellent English, and knowledge of London will help create seamless guest experiences and uphold COMO’s wellness hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous Concierge experience in a 4/5 star property.
• Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent social interaction and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of London to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure the hotel is ready for the day’s business and share information with the team.
• Supervise day-to-day operations in reception, guest relations, concierge and housekeeping to ensure exceptional service.
• Take ownership of guest requests and follow through to completion.
• Develop and train the team to deliver excellent guest feedback.
• Provide courteous service at arrival and departure and coordinate with business services for guests.
