Job summary

Popeyes UK & I is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lincoln to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a team to deliver outstanding quality and service. You’ll partner with the GM to execute plans, manage costs, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in branded, high-volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurants.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be a role model, set high standards, and inspire your team.
• Create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and future leaders.
• Maintain energy and smooth service; keep culture vibrant.
• Take the reins when your GM is away and pursue personal development.
