Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume restaurant. You’ll partner with the GM to drive guest experience, food quality, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR.
• Experience coaching, training and having honest conversations to drive results.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop future leaders.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
