Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume brand environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a diverse team, and partner with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, quality, and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager in a branded, high-volume restaurant.
• Experience coaching, training and giving honest feedback.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and managing costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
