Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking an inspirational Manager to lead a new gym, grow membership and drive a high-performing team. You will oversee safety checks, maintain brand standards, and ensure the facility runs smoothly day-to-day while delivering exceptional member service.

You will recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, meet sales targets, and foster a positive, energetic work environment that reflects the JD Gyms ethos.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of management in a leisure-related setting.
• Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Experience driving sales and local marketing, plus recruiting and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the gym team to deliver outstanding member service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to brand standards across the facility.
• Hit sales and membership targets; maximise secondary revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, manage and schedule Fitness Coaches and General Assistants for daily operations.
• Hold regular meetings to drive team development and align with company goals.
