Job summary

Wendy's Brighton is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help steer daily operations, lead a motivated team and ensure guests leave with a smile. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing and maintain a fast-paced, fun environment.

We’re seeking hands-on leaders with at least 1 year in a QSR management role, capable of coaching staff, designing smart schedules, and driving great results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in QSR.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
• Availability for a 45-hour week across all day parts.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience with the QSR industry and the confidence to guide a team to success.
• Leadership: A great track record of leading people, helping to grow and develop teams.
• Flexibility: A 45-hour week, with availability across all day parts and days - you’re ready to jump in where you’re needed.
