Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and staff at a Wendy's restaurant. Under the Restaurant General Manager, you will focus on staffing, training, scheduling, and building a 5-star team while driving sales and profitability.

You will coach and develop team members, manage forward planning, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role offers progression within a growing brand and opportunities to engage with local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of line operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Flexibility to work 44-hour weeks (all-day parts/days).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with Supervisors and team members.
• Support General Manager in training needs and capability gaps.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food hygiene, audits and stock checks.
• Monitor costs and maintain Wendy’s standards while driving sales.
