You’ll be the face of the restaurant to new hires, supporting store sales and profit goals while managing a high-energy, friendly team in a bustling Nottingham location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, preferably in a food service setting.
• At least 1 year of line operations experience leading in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Flexibility to work 45-hour weeks and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant.
• Focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star team.
• Identify talent and coach team development.
• Use effective scheduling to place the right people at the right time.
• Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members; drive sales and profitability.
