Job summary

Mr Mulligans Stevenage, part of Adventure Leisure, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead on guest experience, team development and commercial performance.

You’ll be on the floor, coaching supervisors, balancing bookings, promotions, budgets and stock, and ensuring health and safety.

Two years’ experience as Duty Manager or Deputy Manager, strong leadership, GCSEs and a driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience as a Duty Manager or Deputy Manager.
• GCSE level education is required.
• Driving licence is preferred.
• P&L exposure and sales/marketing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, coaching Duty Managers and Supervisors.
• Create memorable guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
• Grow revenue through bookings, upselling and promotions.
• Manage performance and costs, plan staffing and budgets.
• Oversee food, drink and retail, and ensure health and safety.
