Adventure Leisure in Bristol is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a customer‑facing team at Mr Mulligans Bristol, delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

You’ll take the lead on shifts, develop the team, maintain high standards, drive sales and promote the venue within the local community. This is an hands-on role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a customer-facing team.
• Previous venue or hospitality management experience.
• A hands-on, positive approach with great organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, health & safety, and team performance.

As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our venue within the local community, no two days will be the same.
