Job summary

Mulligans Guildford is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, motivate a customer-facing team, and uphold high standards of service and safety at our flagship Guildford venue.

You will drive guest experiences, support daily operations, and promote the venue within the local community while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

As Duty Manager, you'll take the lead during your shifts, supporting and developing the team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly. From delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards to driving sales and promoting our flagship venue within the local community, no two days will be the same.

What you'll bring:

• Experience leading and motivating a customer-facing team.


• Previous venue, leisure or hospitality management experience.


• A hands-on, positive approach with great organisational and communication skills.


• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.


• Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, health & safety and team performance.
