David Lloyd Clubs Oxford is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our premium club team and deliver an exceptional member experience seven days a week. You will partner with the General Manager to drive club targets, oversee operations, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

If you have experience running large service facilities, cross-department leadership, and a head for financial planning, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, leisure facility).
• Experience leading multiple functions across departments with variable challenges and goals.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Lead and operate a DL Club in collaboration with the General Manager to drive targets and member experience.
• Ensure day-to-day health and safety and compliance with regulations for everyone in the club.
• Collaborate to implement strategies to improve club performance and member satisfaction.
