As a people-focused leader you will work with the General Manager to drive club targets, oversee operations, health and safety, and ensure compliance across the site while inspiring the team to deliver hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club with full accountability, delivering outstanding member experiences seven days a week.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive targets and member satisfaction.
• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations.
