Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in management within QSR.
• Leadership: track record of guiding teams to success.
• Flexibility: 45-hour week across all day parts and days.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing and efficient.
• Own staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star crew.
• Identify rising stars and coach them to grow and develop.
• Create smart schedules to have the right people at the right time.
• Be the friendly face new hires look to and the supportive leader.
• Bring energy to boost sales, delight guests and drive strong results.
