Formación

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and operational standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate team members during your shift.
• Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of crew members.
• Help manage labour, productivity, and shift performance.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and prepare for business.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving goals.
