Wendy's Colliers Wood - 15091 in Wimbledon, UK seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and motivate a capable team. You’ll ensure fast, friendly service and a lively, efficient shift environment.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager, oversee staffing and coaching, and drive sales with strong guest experiences. A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy QSR setting will fit in well here.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience with the QSR industry and the confidence to guide a team to success.
• Leadership: A great track record of leading people, helping to grow and develop teams.
• Flexibility: A 45-hour week, with availability across all day parts and days - you're ready to jump in where you're needed.
