Job summary

JD Gyms Bradford is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the daily club operations and uphold high standards. You will work with the General Manager to develop colleagues, deliver exceptional member experiences, and achieve membership and commercial goals.

You will lead a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, drive safety checks, coaching, and daily performance while maintaining the JD Gyms brand standards and a welcoming environment for members.

• Ability to coach, develop and motivate colleagues.
• Experience driving membership growth and commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Deliver daily operations, team meetings and member service.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and policies.
• Drive membership, revenue and secondary spend targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and brand standards across the club.
• Collaborate with General Manager to meet objectives.
