Everyman Salisbury is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a vibrant, guest‑focussed team in a premium cinema environment. You will deliver exceptional service standards, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive team ethos.

You will be responsible for commercial performance, P&L accountability, and close collaboration with the operations team to maximise guest experience and venue profitability.
