Everyman Brentford is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our vibrant venues. You will provide visible leadership, deliver exceptional service, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a positive team ethos.

You’ll manage all aspects of the venue’s performance, hold P&L accountability, and work with the Operations team to maximise guest experience and revenue. If you’re passionate about hospitality leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Bring To The Screen

• Bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development
• Be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills
• Have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience
• Demonstrate commercial awareness, initiative, and self-motivation
• Have previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager within a customer-focused hospitality environment
