Everyman Newcastle is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a vibrant hospitality team and deliver the distinctive Everyman guest experience. You will provide visible leadership, drive service standards, and ensure operational excellence.

You will oversee commercial performance, hold P&L accountability, and collaborate with the Operations team to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction. The role suits a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Venue Manager or General Manager in a customer-focused hospitality environment.
