Everyman Canary Wharf is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a vibrant hospitality team and deliver the distinctive Everyman experience for guests in London. You will provide visible leadership, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a positive team ethos.

In this role, you will oversee the venue’s performance, drive revenue through commercial insight, and collaborate with the Operations team to maximise business results.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will bring genuine passion for hospitality and team development.
• They should be confident, energetic leaders with strong communication skills.
• A strong understanding of food, beverage and guest experience is essential.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness, initiative and self-motivation are required.
• Previous experience as a Venue Manager or General Manager in a customer-focused hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the venue team to deliver consistently excellent guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the venue’s commercial and operational performance.
• Hold full P&L accountability and use financial insight to drive revenue and achieve KPIs.
• Work closely with the Operations team to enhance service delivery and maximise business performance.
