Job summary

Everyman Lincoln is recruiting a General Manager to lead one of our venues, delivering the distinctive Everyman experience for guests with exceptional service and strong operational standards.

As General Manager, you will provide visible leadership, oversee the venue’s performance and hold P&L accountability while driving revenue and KPI achievement with the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Venue Manager or General Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of food, beverage and guest experience.
