Hickory's Smokehouse in Leeds is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team of 80+ and uphold our culture and standards, delivering our authentic BBQ menu under the leadership of the General Manager.

You will drive guest-led service, training, and the smooth operation of one of the busiest restaurants in town, with a generous package up to £47,000 including tip jar and a strong focus on work-life balance.
