Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team, guest-led service, and uphold our culture and standards in one of the busiest restaurants in town.

You will work with the General Manager to lead 80+ team members, deliver our authentic Southern BBQ and drive training through our Hickory's Training Academy, with clear progression opportunities.
