Workling closely with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will help lead the commercial, operational and people performance of Mulligans Guildford.
You will keep the venue running smoothly, drive revenue and maintain high standards across games, food, drink, retail and customer service. You will also recruit, coach and motivate the team, creating an inclusive environment where employees feel supported and guests receive an exceptional experience.
This is a varied, hands‑on management role for someone who enjoys leading from the front and wants to make a visible impact within a busy entertainment and hospitality venue.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
P&L management and sales and marketing experience would be advantageous. A Personal Licence and First Aid at Work qualification are also preferred.
